The association’s history
The “Dr. Carl Wolff” care home was built in the early 1990s under the patronage of Diakonisches Werk, following a design by architect Dr. Hermann Fabini. Germany’s Ministry of the Interior funded construction and equipment. The home was inaugurated on 22 October 1994.
In 2004, following the reorganization of Diakonisches Werk of the Evangelical Church C.A. in Romania, the independent association “Dr. Carl Wolff” of the Church was established.
